1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Service" refers to the financial education programs offered by keysstonepllus
• "User" or "Participant" refers to any individual who enrolls in or accesses our programs
• "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to keysstonepllus
• "Content" refers to program materials, resources, and educational content
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any keysstonepllus program, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

keysstonepllus provides financial education programs delivered through group sessions, individual coaching, and supplementary materials. Our services include:

• Financial Milestone Planning
• Financial Negotiation Skills
• Holistic Financial Wellness Program
• Related educational resources and support

Programs may be delivered in-person at our Kota Kinabalu location or online via video conferencing. We reserve the right to modify program delivery methods as needed with advance notice to participants.

4. Enrollment and Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To enroll in a program, you must complete our registration process, provide accurate information, and submit payment. Your enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation.

4.2 Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your participation.

4.3 Program Capacity

Programs have limited enrollment to maintain quality instruction. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to close enrollment when capacity is reached.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Fees

Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer and online payment systems as specified during enrollment. All payments are processed securely.

5.3 Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before program start date: Full refund minus administrative fee of RM 200.

Cancellations made 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before program start or after program commencement: No refund. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, bereavement), we may offer program rescheduling or partial credit toward future programs.

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively engage with program materials. If you cannot attend a session, please notify us in advance. We may provide recordings or make-up options where available, but cannot offer refunds for missed sessions.

6.2 Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' shared information
• Refrain from disruptive behavior
• Use program materials only for personal learning purposes
• Not record sessions without explicit permission

6.3 Technical Requirements

For online programs, participants are responsible for having appropriate internet connection, device, and video conferencing software. Technical difficulties on the participant's end do not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All program content, materials, resources, and educational frameworks are proprietary to keysstonepllus and protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

7.2 License Grant

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for personal learning purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display materials
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Share materials with non-participants

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Educational Service

keysstonepllus provides educational services only. We are not financial advisors, and our programs do not constitute financial advice. Participants should consult qualified professionals for specific financial decisions.

8.2 No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or achievements. Individual results depend on numerous factors including participant effort, circumstances, and application of concepts.

8.3 Service Availability

We aim to deliver programs as scheduled but reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify programs due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator illness, or other circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or full refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, keysstonepllus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in programs or use of materials.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless keysstonepllus, its facilitators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of program materials.

11. Confidentiality

Information shared by participants during group sessions should be treated as confidential. Participants agree not to disclose other participants' personal information or financial situations outside the program context.

We maintain confidentiality of individual coaching sessions and participant information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

12.1 By Participant

You may withdraw from a program according to the refund policy outlined in Section 5.3.

12.2 By keysstonepllus

We reserve the right to terminate your participation if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or fail to meet payment obligations. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sabah, Malaysia.

13.2 Informal Resolution

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and keysstonepllus regarding program participation.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor or affiliate.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. We will notify enrolled participants of material changes via email.

Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
